My name is Stephanie. After living 11 years in Spain, I live now in the North of Italy. Married with an Italian man and surrounded by nature. And crazy about my sausage dog, Dobby. Even though I am quiet some years outside of the Netherlands, I didn't change very much. Yup, dinner at 18.00, which for me is completely fine with some 'boterhammen met kaas'. Imagine how much my husband loves me excepting this. I do cook for him as well! But the pasta thing is quiet serious here. Not too long cooked, not too much salt, only extra virgen oil, no parmigiano on pasta with fish, so I had to learn a lot. As in the Netherlands you mix everything in a pan with a sachet of spices. 'Niet moeilijk doen als het makkelijk kan'!

After these years abroad I speak quiet some languages. English, Spanish and my Italian is getting better as well. 'Piano, Piano'.
I do have an important motto in life: 'een dag niet gelachen is een dag niet geleefd'. I love a little joke, and some sarcasme during the classes can happen.
