Thank you for choosing my Dutch lessons! Before booking your classes, please take a moment to read the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking & Payment

  • After completing your payment, you can schedule your lessons through the online booking system.
  • Your lessons can be booked according to the available time slots in the system.
  • If you have any special requests regarding scheduling, please feel free to contact me directly.

2. Teaching Schedule & Availability

My regular teaching hours (CET) are:

  • Monday – Friday: 09:00 – 21:00
  • Saturday – Sunday: 09:00 – 16:00

Please note that availability may vary. If you cannot find a suitable time slot in the booking system, feel free to send me a message. I'll always do my best to accommodate your schedule.

3. Teaching Materials & Method

Every student has different goals, needs and learning preferences. That's why I'm flexible when it comes to choosing teaching materials.

We will discuss together which book or learning method works best for you. I have loads of teaching methods available. 

Alternatively, we can work with my own teaching method, tailored to your personal goals and level.

Bonus: When purchasing a package of at least 10 lessons, you will receive a Kaaskop book for free!

4. Rescheduling & Cancellations

Once a private lesson has been booked, you can reschedule it free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time.

Please keep the following conditions in mind:

  • Lessons can be rescheduled but are non-refundable. Payments will not be returned if you decide not to attend a lesson.
  • Last-minute schedule changes (within 48 hours of the lesson) are accepted up to two times per lesson. After two last-minute changes, the lesson will be considered used and will be forfeited.
  • When rescheduling, we will find a new date and time that works for both of us.
  • For last-minute changes, please contact me directly via WhatsApp.

I understand that unexpected things can happen, and I always try to be as flexible as possible. However, I kindly ask you to respect these arrangements so we can plan our lessons smoothly.
